Symptoms


Contacts import remain in progress when importing more than 200000 contacts

When performing imports with large number of contacts ( over 200000) more issues were observed:
  
  1. After processing the import file, the CPU will be always at 100% during
  import. On the processor this seems to be caused by the I/O when writing files into
  the /temp folder.

2. Import is creating temporary files in [...]\siebsrvr\TEMP folder. These files are identical and occupy big disk space. ( If the import file has 4,2 Mb the temporary files created have more than 3G )
  
  3. Some times depending on the size of the import file, the import job get stuck. ( status remains In Progress)
