Symptoms
When the Campaign name consists of a "," (comma) character the Wave Launch status remains 'In Progress' and never completes.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Campaign with name consisting with comma e.g. (My New , Camp)
2. Load the campaign and later Launch a campaign
3. 'Wave Launch' status never gets completed, rather remains 'In Progress' status
