Symptoms


On : 8.1.1.5 SIA [21229] version, CTI

When attempting to use CTI the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
SComm[01/25/2012 17:54:12]:INFO:User AGENT01, key 1317|4f205de4|34411718 is connected.
AGENT01_9437203[01/25/2012 17:58:42]:FATAL:Connection to Communication Server is lost.
AGENT01_9437206[01/25/2012 17:58:42]:FATAL:Connection to Communication Server is lost.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure CTI
2. Enable CTI toolbar.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot use CTI functionality
