FS Holiday API Service Business Service Method IsHoliday Returns Working Hours Value as Blank

Information in this document applies to any platform.
While run the Business Service "FS Holiday API Service", method "IsHoliday", there is no value returned for "Working Hours" parameter, i.e., blank.
The value returned for "Is Holiday" parameter is correct.
There is no value return for "Working Hours" while running the Business Service.
The Working Hours should return the String Normal or Overtime or ExtendedOT.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1.Create a Schedule in Administration - Service > Schedules
Monday 8 am 5 pm, Shift Start Flag = checked
Tuesday 8 am 5 pm, Shift Start Flag = checked
Wednesday 8 am 5 pm, Shift Start Flag = checked
Thursday 8 am 5 pm, Shift Start Flag = checked
Friday 8 am 5 pm, Shift Start Flag = checked
save the schedule's ROW_ID, you can get from Help > About Record.
2.Navigate to Administration - Business Service > Simulator
3.Click on New button, enter the following:
Service Name: FS Holiday API Service
Method Name: IsHoliday
4. In "Input Arguments", click on New button, enter the following:
Type Case #: 1
Property Name: click on button within the field to open Property Set Properties window to enter the following 3 property names and values:
Calender Id: 1-W3L <this is schedule's ROW_ID from step 1>
Date Time: 08/24/2013 10:00:00
Time Zone: (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)
5. Click on Run button
In "Output Argument", click on button within the field "Property Name" to open Property Set Properties window to review the result. "Working Hours" is blank. "Is Holiday" is True.
