Send special characters e.g "&" through Outbound web service without having it escaped? (Doc ID 1404143.1)

While  integrating with an external system the requirement was to concatenate 10 Siebel fields and send to them as a single field. External system provided us a “&#10” delimiter format so that they can display those 10 fields as 10 separate lines. In Siebel the delimiter provided by the extenal system as added in the data map. In the output from Siebel it was found  that Siebel was adding “&amp#10” to that delimiter. Because of this external system is not able to access the message.

Expression we added in the data map:

Policy Number:" + [SBI Policy Number] + "\
Claim Number:" + [INS Claim Number] + "\
Product:" + [SBI Product] + "\
Type:" + [INS Product] + "\
Sub - Type:" + [INS Area] +"\
Sub Sub-Type:" + [INS Sub-Area] + "\
Planned completion date:" + [CEM Planned Completion Date]

Expression external system received:

Policy Number:0000000000059192\
Claim Number:1000003476\
Product:Long term Home\
Sub - Type: Coverage\
Sub Sub-Type:Intrpretn of peril dispute\
Planned completion date:12/23/2011 15:28:06

How to remove the "amp;" from the expression?
