Symptoms


On : 8.0.0.9 SIA[20433] version, System Admin

Unable to login to eCommWirelessObjMgr_enu Application Object Manager for a siebel server.

1.Launch siebel application which points to eCommWirelessObjMgr_enu object manager
2.Server Busy Error occurs


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to eCommWirelessObjMgr_enu AOM for a server and there is a risk that as soon as the user base increases the other Siebel servers will also exceed maximum tasks supported causing complete outage to the application.
