Symptoms


On : 8.1.1.5 SIA [21229] version, System Admin

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user navigates to Activity List View and then select RecordCount option, the application hangs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When User navigates to Activity List View, and then selects RecordCount option then total number of records must be displayed as appropriate.

STEPS
-----------------------
1.Login to siebel Application
2.Goto Activity Screen->Activity List View->Select RecordCount option from Menu

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get exact activity records count from the application.
