Symptoms

When you start remote product configurator by customizing a product on an order or quote line item or selecting the validate of a product definition then the following error is displayed:

SBL-BPR-00162: Error invoking service 'Cfg Web UI Service Loader', method 'LoadCfgUIService' at step 'Go to UI'.
SBL-CFG-00155: Complex Object Instance Service Internal Error: Cfg Server Manager error: unable to find at least one server to connect to for product XXX.
