ISSUE STATEMENT
Error during import of Promotion.
We have exported a workspace project having a promotion and when trying to import it the following error appears:
Note it happens with any promotion

ERROR
Import: Partial; ; [1] Required field is missing in instance of Integration Component 'ISS Promotion' with the user key '[Configuration Model Id] = "1-3FA6J"': 'Name' is a required field. Please enter a value for the field.(SBL-DAT-00498)(SBL-EAI-04389); Data will be skipped


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Export the contents of a workspace project having a promotion in environment A
2. Import the above exported xml file into a workspace project in environment B
=> You will get the error during import: (SBL-DAT-00498)(SBL-EAI-04389)
