Customer is running Siebel 8.1.1.6, on Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit) platform

After applying Siebel 8.1.1.6 fixpack, after launching Siebel thin client customer is getting error saying that The DLL 'ssfafcbc.dll' could not be loaded.
