SBL-DAT-00227: Unable to Create The Business Service '??????' (Doc ID 1418792.1)

Customer applied 8.1.1.5 fix pack on IBM AIX on POWER Systems (32-bit). After that application is not accessible, throwing server busy error message. The object manager shows online from server manager, but the below errors are observed in log file [even with vanilla SRF]:

ObjMgrSRFLog Warning 2 000000694f39b0b6:0 2012-02-15 11:31:30 (objdef.cpp (14368)) SBL-DAT-00144: Could not find 'Business Service' named '??????'. This object is inactive or nonexistent.
ObjMgrBusServiceLog Warning 2 000000694f39b0b6:0 2012-02-15 11:31:30 (model.cpp (5358)) SBL-DAT-00192: Unable to find the definition of Business Service '??????' in either the repository or run-time tables.
ObjMgrSRFLog Warning 2 000000694f39b0b6:0 2012-02-15 11:31:30 (cdf.cpp (2614)) SBL-DAT-00144: Could not find 'Class' named '??????'. This object is inactive or nonexistent.
ObjMgrLog Error 1 000000694f39b0b6:0 2012-02-15 11:31:30 (model.cpp (4043)) SBL-DAT-00227: Unable to create the Business Service '??????'
