Error SBL-DAT-00381 While Creating New Record In Contact Identity View (Doc ID 1446270.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a new record in Contacts -> Identity History view,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
SBL-DAT-00381: A record that contains identical values to the record you have created already exists.
If you would like to enter a new record, please ensure that the field values are unique.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(1) Navigate to a Contact from "Recent Records" in the Contacts Home Page screen. (Make sure that this contact, already has a record in the "Identity History" view.
(2) Navigate to "Identity History" View.
(3) Try to create a new record, the error is thrown.
