A performance problem occurs for some Mobile users when they used a Mobile client connected to a local database.
The problem only occurs when navigating to the calendar view. The problem depends on what users have done before going to calendar.
1. User starting new instance of Mobile Client, after Home Page screen go to calendar, calendar will appear after about 2h !!! Attachment: siebel_long.log
2. After calendar appeared in point 1., user closed Mobile Client, but local database instance is still open. User Log in again, a go to calendar - calendar will appear after few sec. Attachment: siebel_dbstill_running.log
3. User starting new instance of Mobile Client (and local db), go to Contacts, Account then to calendar, calendar will appear after few sec !!! Attachment: siebel_contact_account_calendar.log
No error messages are produced. The Calender takes more than an hour to load.
Siebel version 184.108.40.206 SIA  is been used for the Mobile clients
The performance problem only happens the first time the Calendar is loaded. On subsequent loads of the Calendar applet the problem does not occur. However, after logging out and closing the Sysbase local and logging in again the problem re-occurs
