Make MVG Form Read Only In CRM Desktop

Customer has a requirement to show up Siebel Contact Data in MS Outlook using CRM Desktop. They are on 8.1.1.4 SIA Financial Services Application and 3.4.20.8 CRM Desktop Client version. The Requirement is to make the data read only into MS outlook. They have modified the required meta data files to make contact fields read only in outlook which is working fine. But the issue was with the MVG field displayed on Contact form. They are not able to make the MVG form read only. For Example:  the account mvg on contact opens a mvg outlook form.

The request was to disable the MVG form buttons such as (show, Add, Remove) and the MVG outlook form. .
