Using ApptBook to book the appointments.

There are 2 constraints for the Service Region:
Each Employee should have maximum 25 activities of type 'LH Inspection Appointment' per day.
Each Employee should have maximum 25 activities of type 'CS Inspection Appointment' per day.

Lock Assignment and Lock Schedule flags are not checked on the appointments.
The appointments are getting doublebooked because we are not able to load activities into ABS cache due to high volume of activities. Need suggestion as an alternate for loading activities into cache .
