Serialization is Not Enabled in Public Sector (SBL-SVC-52713) (Doc ID 1459864.1)

Siebel Serialization is not working.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Administration - Case > Serialization Rules.
  2. Define desired Serialization Rules.
  3. Go to Cases > Case List.
  4. Drill down on a specific Case to create (or recreate) the defined Serial Number.
  5. Press the Regenerate All button.
