After a Call is Released, the Siebel Application Hangs for about 10 seconds Delaying the Screen Pop of the New Inbound Call.

Symptoms

Sporadically, after an agent releases a inbound call using the Siebel CTI Toolbar, Internet Explorer hangs for a couple of seconds.

As per the configured process, the agent can not receive a new call after pressing the release button as IE is hanging.
