Siebel Unable To Submit Order To AIA After Upgrade To Siebel 8.1.1.5 (ACR 474 and ACR 620 applied) (Doc ID 1460871.1)

Symptoms

Environment :
Siebel version 8.1.1.5 with ACR 474 and ACR 620.

PIPs : O2A, O2B, AABC (Siebel-AIA-OSM-BRM).

 

Issue:-

Siebel version 8.1.1.1 (with ACR 474) was upgraded to 8.1.1.5 and ACR620 was applied.

When on Siebel 8.1.1.1, Siebel was able to submit order to AIA .
However, after upgrade to 8.1.1.5 and applying ACR620, the order is not getting submitted to AIA.
