Siebel Unable To Submit Order To AIA After Upgrade To Siebel 220.127.116.11 (ACR 474 and ACR 620 applied)

Siebel version 22.214.171.124 with ACR 474 and ACR 620.
PIPs : O2A, O2B, AABC (Siebel-AIA-OSM-BRM).
Siebel version 126.96.36.199 (with ACR 474) was upgraded to 188.8.131.52 and ACR620 was applied.
When on Siebel 184.108.40.206, Siebel was able to submit order to AIA .
However, after upgrade to 220.127.116.11 and applying ACR620, the order is not getting submitted to AIA.
