Last weekend we upgraded our Oracle 11g Database Server to Release 2 (previously it was Release 1). Currently the users cannot drilldown at Account Name, their session freezes. No other changes have been deployed during the past days. The issue is reproducible at the Test environment as well, which has been upgraded from Release 1 to Release 2.
I am attaching the server logs from Test environment. The steps to reproduce is navigate to Accounts List and drilldown to one of the Accounts. This causes the session to freeze. The log level of eCommunications Object Manager for this test was set to 5. Can you please assist on this issue? Are there any known issues that arise from upgrading the Oracle 11g Database Server from Release 1 to Release 2?
