The customer completed an Upgrade from SEA 8112 to SIA 8117 and found the following problem with local databases:
When creating new and recurring activities and trying to enter the calendar afterwards they received an EOF error (SBL-DAT-00393).
The customer compared the old and new Action records. The old "good" record's column S_EVT_ACT.TARGET_PER_ID was set to 'No Match Row Id' and the new "bad" or problem records had the column set to NULL.
When creating a recurring activity and then trying to enter the calendar afterwards, they received an EOF error.
