Symptoms
Under the following conditions, login to BI Publisher Server may fail with "(500)Internal Server Error" as below.
- Siebel Reports 8.1.1.5 and later is integrated with BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.2.
- Security Model for BI Publisher login is " Siebel Security".
- Siebel Web Service Endpoint has been set based on Siebel Reports Guide.
