All currency fields on Warranty Claim don't have consistency of currency code

Version: 8.1.1.6

Repro Steps/Scenario
Login to eAutomotive Application with one of organization using default currency code = JPY.
Navigate to Administration - Partner.
Create one Partner record has Labor Rate = USD.
Create one Partner record has Labor Rate = KRW.
Navigate to Warranty Claim.
Create a Warranty Claim record. In this case the Warranty Record has JPY as currency code.
Associate to a Partner has currency code is different from the Warranty Claim's.
Behavior
When you associated with a Partner which has Labor Rate currency code = USD or KRW on Warranty Claim, Operation Rate field of Line Items has JPY currency code although the Partner does not have a Labor Rate that is set currency code = USD or KRW.
