SBL-SEC-10019: "The username cannot be empty. Please select a username", while reconfiguring gateway

Gateway configuration is unsuccessful with below error:

 "Siebel Configuration Wizard failed with error. Please see the log files for details"

In Namesrvr.log file the following error was found:

 “SBL-SEC-10019: The username cannot be empty. Please select a username.”
