BI Publisher - SBL-NET-01205 - Siebel Web Client Hangs And Did Not Throw The Threshold Time out Message.

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.6 SIA [21233] version, Reports

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Siebel Web Client Hangs (when executing the report with huge amount of records) it did not throw the Threshold message whenever it reach the specified wait time but the report was generated in backgroud with status success in My BIP reports.

"BI Publisher report generation time exceeds the threshold. Please navigate to the My BI Publisher Reports view to see the generated report output"

Object Manager Logs show the below error message:

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Siebel Web Client should throw the message "BI Publisher report generation time exceeds the threshold. Please navigate to the My BI Publisher Reports view to see the generated report output "

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the Administration - Application -> System Preferences > BIP Report Wait Time
2. Run BIP Report that runs for a very long time

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user session hangs and do not get the Threshold Time-out message even though the BIP wait time has exceeded.
