Information in this document applies to any platform.
We are currently working on CTI setup. After completing all the steps required CTI toolbar is not visible in the application. We are in touch with Genesys support for same issue. When we checked logs we found following Siebel errors.
“ERROR:Failed on invoking InitConfig in Comm. Server Svc., err=7537051, msg=Communication: Configuration error in 'SHS Aspect Configuration'(SBL-CSR-00411), input=”
We saw this message in the FINS Object Manager log:
ObjMgrLog Error 1 000000944ffb1360:0 2012-07-09 12:00:16 (cscfg.cpp (165)) SBL-CSR-00418: Communication: User is not associated with any communication configuration in the database.
ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 000000944ffb1360:0 2012-07-09 12:00:16 (bcfile.cpp (1619)) SBL-UIF-00230: The file 0-30&amp;amp;Siebel Universal Agent.spf could not be found on any specified file system.
Could you please provide steps to resolve this issue.
I have attached logs as well as .DEF file.
Java console output is empty
Scomm log does not show much info
JRE 1.6 installed
T-server upgraded as per Genesys recommendation
