SBL-UIF-00313 Error When Selecting Contact For Service Request (Doc ID 1483271.1)

Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.5 SIA

When attempting to select a Contact from the pick applet for a Service Request, the error below occurs.
Users cannot close the pop-up error: the session must be killed.

An error happened during restoring the context for requested location. (SBL-UIF-00313)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Launch the Call Center Application.
2. Go to Call Logging > Call Log List > Inquiry/Service Requests
3. Select the Contact (the Pick Applet with Last Name, First Name, Type, Primary Address, etc. displays).

Result: SBL-UIF-00313 displays.
