On : 8.1.1.5 [21229] version
When going to Administrator - Server Management > Servers, the siebel server cchpqpe0 shows Server State as "???" instead of running

Server State = ???

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. siebel server was running fine , but suddenly it had issues, when navigating to Administrator - Server Management > Servers server state is displayed as ???

srvrmgr> list server
