Goal

A customer was using Marketing email treatments where pictures are included as attached files. When the email is opened by a recipient then the attachment file is downloaded from the Siebel server. This can cause problems for some users as their email client application displays security warning messages and asks for permission to download the files. Some users are opening the emails when off-line or with slow internet access speed.

The requirement is to have the option of including the image file embedded in the email template itself without the need for a file download.
