After creating and registering a qualified partner, Cannot add an Oraganization record on MVF (Doc ID 1485452.1)

Repro Steps in-house:

1. Navigate to Administration - Partner > Qualified Partners.
2. Create a Record and select the Register button.
3. Check Organization check-box and select the Save button.
4. On the Registered Partners, Drill-down the record.
5. Navigate to More Info View tab.
6. Select the Organization field and pop up.
7. Select an available record and select the Add button.
8. And then can get the following error.

Error Codes:
---------------------------------------------------
SBL-DAT-00494: The selected record has been deleted by another user since it was retrieved. Please continue.
