Symptoms

Duplicate Activities getting created for incoming email in Siebel. Only one activity should get created for each incoming email.

Customer have activated all the 'eMail Response' workflows in Siebel application and observed that the huge number of duplicate activities are getting created for few emails coming into Siebel. The strange thing is the duplicate activities are not getting created for each incoming email.
