On : SIA [21211] version, Loyalty

When attempting to process txn by Batch Engine
the following error occurs.

SBL-LTY-00100: Attribute not defined in current context.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Shutdown Siebel Servers
2.Installed Patch as mentioned in the ReadMe Document
3.Startup of Siebel services
4.Loaded transactions to siebel thru EIM but the transactions are still in queued state
