Problem With The Guided Merge For Contacts (Doc ID 1490841.1)

On : 8.1.1.7 SIA [21238] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to combine two contacts in Admin - UCM > Existing Duplicates the process present the next issues:

1. Merge is not working. When trying to merge one contact that has all data filled with other contact that has all data filled and at least one child, for example address information, merge does not occur.
2. When the merge works well (combines the two contacts) , the process does not change the Suspect status in the table S_PARTY_UCMX. The RVW_STATUS_CD field continues with the value "Suspect".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer expects that 2 Contacts are merged and appropriate data is updated in table S_PARTY_UCMX > RVW_STATUS_CD column.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Administration - UCM > Existing Duplicates
2. Select 2 Contacts and merge them
