Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.3 SIA[21219] version, Siebel VB / eScript / COM

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Date obtained from eScript running on Linux platform returns an hour more than expected. The server time is set as BST.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The time should be the same as the server time setting.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with a business service called "TestService", "Test" method and the following script:
