Bulk Admin Functionality - Initial Set Up Issue (Doc ID 1491959.1)

Customer was setting up bulk administration functionality.

When running the  bulk administration functionality,  the customer received the following errors on version

Error invoking service 'LOY Member Admin Service', method 'Process' at step 'Import Data'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
An error has occurred creating business component 'LOY Promotion Attachment Logo' used by business object 'LOY Program'

In addition the customer asked for example files of the csv and xml that are needed to process bulk admin.
