Symptoms

Throwing below  error when running opatch lsinventory after setting up oracle_home also.
"SEVERE:OUI-67073:LsInventorySession failed: OracleHomeInventory gets null oracleHomeInfo"

Steps:
1.set ORACLE_HOME=C:\Siebel\8.1\Client_1

2. navigate to OPatch folder
cd C:\Siebel\8.1\Client_1\OPatch

C:\Siebel\8.1\Client_1\OPatch>opatch lsinventory
and its thorwing above error.
