LDAP Authentication with EBC definitions Fails with SBL-SEC-10015 error (Doc ID 1497782.1)

On : SIA [21225] version, Security / Authentication

When attempting to setup LDAPSecAdpt profile in Solaris environment, the following error occurs.

GenericLog GenericError 1 0000066f4d961554:0 2011-04-03 12:22:43 (secmgr.cpp (3379) err=4597535 sys=0) SBL-SEC-10015: There are no database credentials assigned for this user for the specified data source on the external authentication system. This is most likely a configuration issue. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup LDAPSecAdpt profile and make sure that the CredentialsAttributeType is pointing with the correct information to the Solaris platform.
2. Increase the logging on the Security Adapter and also try to configure External Business Component (EBC) to work with the Security Adapter by providing the Credential Attribute Parameter.
3. Try to access the application.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the application once they upgraded to Because of this, they are unable to access the application in the production environment.
