NetChartServer Connecting Issue

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Netchart is installed successfully, post installation steps are done.
Also able to view the default VisualMining screen but Chart is not displayed through Siebel UI,like Contacts/Accounts Chart applet, it throws error.
"An error occured while sending a request to the chart server. (SBL-CHT-00111)"
