Information in this document applies to any platform.
The customer is using with F9 email. Some users cannot send attachments with F9 key from Quote Attachment Applet (and other applets with attachments). The attachment field in Comm Recipient Template Pick Applet is empty.
Older users can send attachments without any problems (Attachment field is filled with attachment name after pressing F9).
The customer reproduced this with the Siebel Native Email Client as well as outlook.
