Error On Disconnecting A Promotion Product SBL-DAT-00468 and SBL-DAT-00468 (Doc ID 1499972.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
Intermittent Error coming on Disconnecting a Promotion product which was created by different user.

ERROR
---------------
[1] Error running sub-process 'ISS Promotion Disconnect Integration SubProcess' at step 'Disconnect Promotion'.(SBL-BPR-00183)
[2] Error invoking service 'ISS Promotion Management Service', method 'CollectAssetList' at step 'Collect AssetList'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
[3] No records exist for the current query.(SBL-DAT-00468)

 
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is getting error if he try to modify the asset created by different users.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
User should not be getting any error if they try to modify an asset created by different users.
 
ENVIRONMENT
---------------
Application & Version: 8.1.1.7 SIA +ACR500


REPRO STEPS
---------------
Created a following promotion structure

Promotion1
--Product1
--Product2

1.Logged in to Siebel 8.1.1.7 with SADMIN/SADMIN

2.Created Account "Test Account" as Residential Type

3.Go to Account summery --> Click on New Button. It will create sales Order. New Sales Order will get created

4.Add Promotion line item under this Order and assetize this Order line items.

Now logged into Siebel 8.1.1.7 eCommunications with Test01/Test01(another user id)

2.Go to Account "Test Account" -->Account Summery

3.Point to the Product1 Line item and click on Modify Order--> Modify Order will get created
4.Now point to Promotion1 Line item and click on Modify Button.

You will receive the following error:

Note: Same is not reproducible if Created USER ID equal to the Modify Order User Id.

IMPACT
---------------
User unable to perform Modify Order on Assets created by different users.

 

NOTE: Same error may raise when disconnecting an Asset via Bulk Request.
