Deleting Agreement Or Deleting Activity Does Not Delete Attachment File In Siebel File System (Doc ID 1500394.1)

When deleting an Activity or an Agreement in the GUI the Attachment records of this Activity / Agreement are deleted as well. But the corresponding Files - <table>_<row_id>_<rev_num>.SAF in the Siebel File System are not deleted.
When deleting the Activity / Agreements Attachment records, only the files in the Siebel File System are deleted.

Checking the database shows that records in S_EVT_ACT/S_DOC_AGREE and S_ACTIVITY_ATT/S_DOC_AGREE_ATT are always deleted.

Need to ensure that the files in the File System are always deleted when deleting an Activity or Agreement in the GUI.
