Outbound web service call failed with error:

(outdisp.cpp (201)) SBL-EAI-04308: Operation 'queryAccount' of Web Service 'http://XXXX.XXXXX.XX.XXXx.com/UserManagerService/wsdl.UserManagerService' at port 'UserManagerPort' failed with the following explanation: "Cannot find dispatch method for {}".
