Applet Personalization not Working in 220.127.116.11 and Higher Versions

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Applet Personalization is not working in Siebel 22.214.171.124 and higher versions, where as the same personalization works with lower versions.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE BEHAVIOR
1. Create a Personalization, as below:
2. Go to Administration - Personalization > Applets
3. Create New Record: Name="Asset Mgmt - Asset List Applet Sub-Components"; Conditional Expression= [Id] Is Not Null
4. Navigate to Assets > Drill down on an Asset #.
The form applet displays without any data.
The same steps in lower Siebel versions work fine and fetch data into the form applet when drilling down on the Asset # field.
