Sometimes the email templates for F9 (File> Send Email) stop showing up for Account based views (Doc ID 1506833.1)

On : [20448] version using F9 to send email out integrated with Outlook.

Sporadically all Siebel users were not able to select the Email Template on Comm Recipient Template Pick Applet Message Template drop down, after click F9. When clicking on the drop down nothing happens and the template list do not pop up. User can still proceed and send the email without using templates.

This affect all users on the Siebel Enterprise when the F9 is invoked from Account Business Component. Customer is using Outlook integration but the same behavior can be observer with Siebel Email Client. Only way to recover is bounce the SIebel Object Manager or even the Siebel Server sometimes.

The issue can NOT be reproduced at will and is very sporadically.
