Siebel SFSCLEANUP Errors (Doc ID 1509137.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.8.2.14[19251] version, System Admin

When attempting to cleanup orphan Siebel file attachment files from Siebel File System the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run sfscleanup using =
SFSCLEANUP /U SADMIN /P ****/C CRM01S /f \\<share-name>\<share-name>\<share-name>_SOEBFILE_OCT1_2012 /m D:\tmp\SFSTEST_185GB_Oct1_2012_FilesMoved /x D:\tmp\sfscleanup_crmqs_10012012.log /d SIEBEL

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, orphan files can not be deleted from the File System. This is holding up the disk space risking it to max out at some stage.
