Siebel Remote: How to analyze the tables' information (record count, size) for the SQL Anywhere Local DBF files of Mobile users using dbisqlc.exe?

Main goal is to determine tables with too much / un-needed data visible extracted and routed to Mobile users so those size would be reduced, ensuring smaller local DBFs, better performance and faster extraction/initialization times.

(* Note: These details would apply to SQL Anywhere Local Databases, so for Siebel versions up to 15.18 that support this local DBF platform.)
