FS Verify Entitlement not Recognizing Exception Time More than a Week (Doc ID 1511806.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
The "FS Verify Entitlement.GetResponseTime" is not calculating correctly when the Exception is more than a Week.
 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1.Create Schedules in Admin - Service
2.Create Exception Hours more than a week for the schedule
3.Now use FS Verify Entitlement.GetResponseTime in Simulator.

See the results the calculation is wrong if the Exception is more than a Week.

If the Exception is less than a week the calculation is correct.
