Purpose
The purpose of this article is to explain current supported upgrade paths to Siebel Innovation Packs and older releases 8.1.1.9, 8.1.1.10 and 8.2.2.2, 8.2.2.3.
While discussed later in this article, for upgrade paths to Siebel Innovation Packs (IP), refer to the Siebel Business Applications Innovation Pack Documentation libraries: Select the Siebel Database Upgrade Guide for the particular IP release, and review related topics under the section, "Overview of Siebel Database Environments".
