Tab Navigation of Form Applets is Random, Horizontal In OpenUI Against Vertical in HI UI (Doc ID 1516120.1)

Tab navigation in form applets:

OpenUI: tab navigation of form applets is horizontal. With entering <tab> the focus jumps to the next field on the right from row to row
HI Mode: tab navigation of form applets is vertical. With entering <tab> the focus jumps to the next field below the current one from column to column

Therefore switching from HI UI to OpenUI will completely change order of fields to be accessed. How can this be changed?
