Open UI: MVG Does Not Display Records - Empty MVG Applet

Symptoms

In the thin client for Open UI, when opening an MVG applet , the records are not displayed.  The pop-up shows an "empty" applet with only the buttons visible.

Example of Behavior:



STEPS
1. Launch the application using the thin client.
2. Select any area (e.g. Accounts).
3. Select any MVG (e.g. Address).
