Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.8 SIA [23012] version, Task Based UI

When attempting to run TBUI In 8118 patch and it crashing
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Siebel.
2. Create a new account/Contact using Task Based UI.
3. Enter the Type as Organization
3. Enter Org Name and Category.
4. Click on NEXT.
